Ms. ATHIRA K V

Ms. Athira K V is currently an Assistant Professor (on Contract) at the School of International Relations and Politics (SIRP), Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) Kerala (India). She has completed her MPhil from the Department of Political Science, University of Kerala, on Displacement and Rights of Refugees: A Study of Sri Lankan Refugee Women in Camps, Tamil Nadu, and pursuing her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Kerala on the topic ‘Addressing Women Issues in Kerala: A Study of Political and Non-Political Women Organisations’. Her academic interests include Refugee and Gender studies and She is keen to explore various aspects of interdisciplinary research.
