Prof. TV Paul

Prof T.V. Paul, McGill University, Canada was nominated as the K.P.S. Menon Chair for Diplomatic Studies for the academic year 2011-12. He was the Director (Founding) of the McGill University/Université de Montreal Centre for International Peace and Security Studies (CIPSS) and James McGill Professor of International Relations in the Department of Political Science at McGill University, where he has been teaching since 1991. Paul is the author or editor of 12 books and over 45 scholarly articles/book chapters.
