Mr. Hamadi Ould Mohamed Saloum

Hamadi Ould Mohamed Saloum, is an international student and ICCR-Africa Scholarship Scheme (MEA) holder from Mali in West Africa. The Ph.D. scholar is researching “India-Mali Bilateral Relations, 2009-2019” under Dr. Lirar Pulikkalakath. The study analyses potential cooperation prospects, diplomatic history, and the economic impact of Indian agricultural, mining, and infrastructure development investments. It aims to identify mutually profitable opportunities in areas like education, technology, energy, transport, healthcare, and development projects. The study’s findings will benefit researchers, decision-makers, government, and non-government organizations in promoting India-Mali bilateral and economic relations.
