On May 5, 2023 MGU administration through an Order announced the establishment of the “Centre for Migration Policy and Inclusive Governance”, a new academic Research Centre at the School of International Relations and Politics.  Dr. Bijulal M.V, Assistant Professor, SIRP has been appointed as the Chairman.

The article critically examines the social security responsibility of migrant workers in Kerala. Recent migrant worker deaths highlight the need for better safety and support systems for this vulnerable group.
